Patricia Gloria Torguson

August 25, 1953 - October 13, 2020

Patricia Gloria Torguson, age 67, passed away peacefully at home on October 13, 2020 in Pueblo West, CO at 8:46 p.m. After a protracted battle with cancer she went home to the Lord. She left behind her husband, Joseph Torguson; her daughters, Shiela Lucero and Melissa Torguson, along with many siblings, beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. Patricia was born on August 25, 1953 in Farmington, NM to her father, Felix Gonzales and mother, Cornelia Gonzales, who predeceased her. She grew up in a large family with numerous brothers and sisters. After meeting Joseph Torguson, they married and lived in Denver, CO for 19 years and later moved to Oahu, Hawaii, where she became a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. Her healing hands and continual words of motivation to stretch helped and healed so many people. It suited her servant heart. Patricia praised our God with all of her heart and loved being outdoors hiking, kayaking, enjoying mother nature and being one-on-one with the Lord. After being diagnosed, she remained dedicated to fighting her illness. She continued to be brave and strong even throughout her final months. Patricia requested to be cremated by Romero Funeral Home and A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Amazing Grace Fellowship, 142 South Stardust Drive, Pueblo West, CO 81007. Friends and family are invited to join us for the service and reception which will follow in remembrance of Patricia.
